Refund policy

Custom Furniture, as it's name suggests, is custom to the individual and therefore not eligible for returns or refunds.  Every effort is made along the way to communicate clearly with you, the client, along the way to ensure clear concise communication.  With that said, life does happen and I am not naive to that fact.  There is a 3-day grace period once the deposit is paid where the client can receive a full refund of their deposit (unless otherwise specifically stated).  Note: for specialty slab purchases there are NO refunds.  Specialty slabs are defined as any piece of lumber coming from outside the state of South Carolina.
